Refund and Cancellation Policy

Duval Baseball provides baseball lessons and remote coaching services. Physical product returns do not apply.

In-person hitting lessons

Lesson times and locations are arranged directly with Coach Duval. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at mattduval6@gmail.com.

Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the confirmed lesson start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. For cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or missed lessons, the lesson fee is non-refundable. If no lesson time has been confirmed, you may cancel for a full refund.

If Duval Baseball cancels a lesson, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Completed lessons are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Remote Baseball Performance Coaching

The program is a six-month commitment, billed at $200 per month for a total of $1,200.

You may cancel within the first 30 days of the program if it is not the right fit. No further payments will be charged after cancellation under this 30-day option. This option does not include a refund of payments already made.

After the first 30 days, the six-month commitment remains in effect. Contact matt@duvalbaseball.com to request cancellation or discuss a concern about your program.

Refund requests

Email matt@duvalbaseball.com with your name, order number, and the service concerned. Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
